News From Canada

We're informed of a recent occurrence at the border crossings from the U.S. to Canada recently. It seems that the B.C. border crossings recently received warnings from their colleagues in the U.S. that a fugitive from justice who was armed and dangerous might try to enter Canada.

The response was that fifty or so border crossing guards walked off their jobs. According to the article, as several incidents of this nature have occurred recently.

There is a name for what happened, and it is cowardice. Not only is it cowardice, it is of the pure and unalloyed, first run, unadulterated yellow variety.

News From Wisconsin

It's not good, it's passed along without comment. Imagine explaining this on a resume or job application when they ask you if you've got a record.

I thought I was dysfunctional but this is stunning.
